Order preparation time
For non-customized products, we will arrange shipment within 5 working days after receiving your payment. In case of temporary shortage or logistics interruption. We will contact you by email to confirm the latest delivery time. After receiving your reply, we will postpone the delivery time or arrange a full refund for you according to the way agreed by both parties. If we do not receive your reply within 7 working days, we will immediately arrange a refund to you.
For customized products, we will explain the delivery time of the order to you after receiving your payment.
Order delivery time
Order delivery time means the number of days between the date that the goods is delivered and the date that we declarated shipping the goods.
Before you place an order to purchase the product and complete the payment, you can see the description of the ETA (estimated delivery time) of the package under Shipping Mothed item. Generally, 95% of orders can be delivered within this agreed time.
If the actual delivery time exceeds the ETA but not more than 5 days, we will not refund.
If the actual delivery time exceeds the ETA by more than 5 days but not more than 15 days, we will arrange a partial refund of 5%~10% of the order amount.
If you haven't received the goods 15 days after the ETA, please contact us and we will provide you with a full refund.
